2002 marked the beginning of my college education at a local college Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW, now just PFW). During my time as a Mastodon, I was fortunate to find the exact education that I was looking for but also got the opportunity to be a part of something larger that would benefit the students for years to come.
The JASMAR Animation group was a student lead group project that had the singular goal to create a 3D Animated short.
At the time the technology was limited in contrast to imaginations and ambitions of a college student, but we overcame these obstacles & energized the student body within the department.
As a grand finale, we were invited to a silver screen premiere showcasing student created video & animation at a local movie theater.

Following the success of this project, I continued my education in Savannah, GA.
At SCAD, I had access to bleeding-level technology & direct connections to industry experts. In addition, the larger student body within my major created the environment to push my education to its fullest.
In 2008, blown2particles.com was purchased, followed by contract work for my first clients. While still wrapping up my final year in college.
After graduation, I worked at Indiana’s News Center, helping convert their systems from analog SD to digital HD and more.
However, the job market was quickly drying up from the recession, which allowed me to pivot, learn, and refine my sales and marketing skills.
